Welcome to the official Article One Partners blog: Patent Quality Review. In this blog, we aim to provide a new perspective in the patent space, often focusing on patent quality and validity.
The whole team, including Cheryl Milone, our CEO and a leading authority on intellectual property, looks forward to contributing news and thoughts on the IP industry. Additionally, we constantly learn from our community of researchers, scientists and industry experts. From that, we will share our insights on crowdsourcing, and the wisdom of crowds.
This blog will discuss many topics in the patent space, with the aforementioned primary focus on patent quality and validity. We will look closely at patent validity analysis, the current state of the patent space, early stage patent disputes and the impact of patents on entrepreneurs, researchers, lawyers, corporations large and small, as well as other influencers in the industry.
