Featured Researcher Nitin AgarwalPursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication from the Indian Institute of Technology, Nitin Agarwal is this week’s Featured Researcher. Article One Partners: What do you like best about being an Article One Researcher?

Nitin Agarwal: It is good to see various research projects from time to time that I otherwise would not be aware of.  Additionally, I enjoy researching inventions with date restrictions.

AOP: Which Study so far have you most enjoyed researching?

NA: ADC 136, since I did detailed search and analysis during this project.

AOP: What was the process that led you to the winning prior art?

NA: A detailed analysis of the claims and searching the topic in depth, feature by feature.

AOP: What advice would you give to a new Researcher participating in his/her first Article One Study?

NA: One should first go for the detailed analysis of the invention before starting the searching. Once the core invention is clear, it is easy to search and analyze the prior art references.

AOP: What would you say to somebody who was considering becoming an Article One Researcher?

NA: After getting a clear understanding of the invention, one can sort out the relevant references very easily.
