Article One Featured Researcher: S.P. Ragupathy

This week’s Featured Researcher is S.P. Ragupathy, an Informational Consultant with a specialty in Internet Marketing. Currently living in Chennai, India, his native language is Tamil yet he is fluent and conducts all of his research in English.
Raguathy is an avid proponent of Google Patents as the best research tool, and uses it exclusively for his patent research. With an MBA in International Business from the MIB School of Management in Trieste, Italy, Ragupathy has a passion for research of all kinds, including funding and naming, and has now added patent research to his arsenal.
Article One Partners: How did you first learn about Article One?
S.P. Ragupathy: That was actually a very fortunate break. I had just seen an advertisement for AOP while searching for self-employment ideas. Earlier, I had chosen my MBA Business School from an advertisement as well. This was the second time I made an important decision from an ad!
AOP: Please explain your expertise which you find most relevant to your work with Article One?
S.P.R.: I think my deep understanding of technology and business is useful. Most importantly, my knack for researching the web helps me a lot. My clients used to call me “eagle eye.”
AOP: What do you like best about being an Article One Researcher?
S.P.R.: It is immensely satisfying to work with patent research and I’m also excited about the high rewards associated with Article One patent Studies.
AOP: What advice would you give to a new Researcher participating in his/her first Article One Study?
S.P.R.: First and foremost: understanding of the subject is essential. Also, I’d advise any new Researcher to keep developing his or her research skills – that’s going to be the winning card for you.
AOP: What would you say to somebody who was considering becoming an Article One Researcher?
S.P.R.: Take it as a great opportunity to feed your brain and also your wallet.
